Meet our Solutions Engineer – David Schranz

DanAds is the global leading provider of self-serve ad platforms. Our success story is powered by an international team of top-tier talent — let’s get to know them! 👋

Today we’re introducing David Schranz, Solutions Engineer, based in New York.

Hey Dave! Could you tell us a little bit about your role at DanAds?

Of course! I work in the Tech department focusing on the requirement phase, for new or existing clients, to outline a solution to make sure we can meet their self-serve business needs.

What did you do before you started this position?

I previously worked at STAQ, a SaaS solution for publishers to aggregate their various sources of advertising revenue into a single reporting platform. As a Solutions Consultant, I drafted client requirements into SOWs and then the implementation of the client onto the platform.

Five fast questions with Dave

Where are you from?
I grew up in Queens, New York.

What’s your favourite music?

Mid to late ‘70s classic rock and 90’s hip-hop.

What’s your favourite way to unwind?
I like going to the driving range and seeing how my golf swing has or has not improved since the last time.

What inspired you to pursue a career in ad-tech?

I worked at a marketing research company a few years ago that had a technical ad-ops focus. That eventually pushed me to get into the ad-tech field, specifically looking to help out publishers automate their processes.

What’s the best thing about being part of the DanAds team?

The collaboration and forward-thinking mindset to be flexible in a space that is constantly changing. DanAds has been a welcoming place since day one and is the true leader of self-serve innovations 🌎.
